Lhasha’s Classes & Workshops

Lhasha regularly teaches ongoing classes in mindfulness meditation and Buddhist studies and facilitates a weekly Buddhist book study group. In addition, she offers daylong group practice sessions. During the year, her teachings include both residential and nonresidential weekend retreats for more in-depth practice.

Monthly Daylong Practice

Please drop in, once a month, for a nourishing day of sitting and walking meditation in noble silence. Ideal for all levels. For beginners, this is a wonderful opportunity to taste the benefits of retreat-style practice; for more experienced practitioners, a way to enhance, broaden, and deepen their practice. The next daylong will be held online via Zoom:
