Lhasha’s Classes & Workshops

Lhasha regularly teaches ongoing classes in mindfulness meditation and Buddhist studies and facilitates a weekly Buddhist book study group. In addition, she offers daylong group practice sessions. During the year, her teachings include both residential and non-residential weekend retreats for more in-depth practice.

Monthly Daylong Practice

Please drop by once a month, for a nourishing day of sitting and walking meditation in noble silence. Ideal for beginners, this is a wonderful opportunity to taste the benefits of retreat-style practice. For more experienced practitioners, it’s a way to enhance, broaden, and deepen your practice.
