Lhasha’s Classes & Workshops
Lhasha regularly teaches ongoing classes in mindfulness meditation and Buddhist studies and facilitates a weekly Buddhist book study group. In addition, she offers daylong group practice sessions. During the year, her teachings include both residential and nonresidential weekend retreats for more in-depth practice.
Monthly Daylong Practice
Please drop in, once a month, for a nourishing day of sitting and walking meditation in noble silence. Ideal for all levels. For beginners, this is a wonderful opportunity to taste the benefits of retreat-style practice; for more experienced practitioners, a way to enhance, broaden, and deepen their practice. New Classes at SCORE Physical Therapy
Lhasha is now offering 1-hour meditation classes at SCORE Physical Therapy in east Tucson. Classes are held on Wednesdays, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Upcoming dates include June 21, July 12, August 2, and September 6.
